Pori Moni was born in Narail of jessore District in Bangladesh on October 24, 1992. Pori Moni's real name is Samsun Nahar. When she was 3 years old, her mother was died. After, she was gone to her Grandparents in Pirojpur and started to live there. She also completed her SSC and HSC from there. After passing HSC, Pori Moni came in Dhaka in 2011 and started modelling.
Pori Moni's career started by the modelling in 2011. Then she open a Facebook page and started to post sexy and hott photo herself. By short time she got huge popularity among her Facebook fans. Pori Moni came in the Bangla film world by her first movie ' Rana Plaza' in 2013. That movie was based by the Rana Plaza disaster. But, The sad news was that the film did not passed away by the sensor board. The sensor board said that Rana plaza disaster was a national issue and the people might get wrong idea of this. Pori Moni acted in a TV serial also named ' Second innings'. Pori Moni also acted with Dhalywood king Shakib Khan in ' Dhumketu' which is waiting to release. Dhumketu is directed by Safiq Hsan and this film shooting was started from last 23 June, 2014.
